In 2016, when SSENSE was still Polyvore, I discovered the joy of curating "Sets." Shopping has always been a passion of mine, but buying items one by one felt incomplete. I wanted the full vision—the shoes, dress, accessories, and final details—without compromise. Over time, I realized it wasn’t just about shopping; it was about composition, storytelling, and strategy.

Shifting my focus from purchasing to creating gave me even more satisfaction. I started blending color theory with styling, curating not just outfits but entire aesthetics. My creativity expanded from fashion to art, interiors, beauty, and beyond. I even learned to tailor selections to different body types and personalities. Without realizing it, I was building a portfolio—one that eventually caught the attention of the team at DC Fashion Week.

On New Year's Eve 2017, I felt an undeniable shift. Instead of celebrating, I spent the night refining my application to intern at DC Fashion Week, determined to turn my passion into something tangible. The decision paid off. As a volunteer, I thrived in a fast-paced environment, working alongside executive directors, global designers, PR teams, and fellow creatives. Each day was unpredictable, yet I adapted effortlessly, learning to balance structure with innovation.

Now, I bring that same adaptability and strategic mindset to my work as a Creative Consultant.
